We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staffing Director to join our team at Janicki Industries. As a key member of our executive office, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing projects of varying sizes and complexities.
Key Responsibilities- Assume responsibility for strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment of ideas between the Vice President and other leaders.
- Ensure the Vice President's involvement in key decision-making processes.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and ensuring team members are prepared for said meetings.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and special events, handling logistics and providing necessary materials and support.
- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of training rotations as well as supporting capacity assessments with the directors.
- Manage the Vice President's communication and correspondence as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, always maintaining confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.
- 8 years' experience as a senior director with an assertive, take-charge personality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing projects to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messages.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong PC proficiency in software applications to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $175,000, plus discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits.
