As a Project Coordinator at CleanMark Labels, you will play a vital role in executing our projects. You will engage in a range of stimulating projects, from the initial concept phase to the final delivery, all while significantly impacting our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee and coordinate project tasks from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
  • Innovative Engagement: Participate in sales-related activities, including exploration, solution development, pricing, and onboarding. Your insights will contribute to our achievements.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure alignment and satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Agile Management: Employ project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress and swiftly adapt to evolving project demands and priorities.
  • Skill Development: Take advantage of opportunities to gain knowledge in various operational domains beyond your primary responsibilities—such as procurement, quality assurance, design, engineering, customer support, sales, and project management. This will enhance your skill set, providing a comprehensive understanding of our operations and enabling you to assist in these areas as needed. By doing so, you will ensure that customer needs and success remain a priority, supporting the team in overcoming challenges and driving collective achievements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CAPM or a similar entry-level Project Management certification.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and estimation methodologies.
  • Understanding of labeling solutions or manufacturing processes.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
