Role Summary:

As a Project Coordination Specialist at DLR Group, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to project teams. Your responsibilities will commence once a project is awarded, involving collaboration with project managers and teams, managing construction documentation workflows, overseeing consultant agreements, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation from the initial design phase through to project completion.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Safeguard confidential project-related information.
  • Support Project Managers with various aspects of team and project management.
  • Exhibit flexibility and creativity in problem-solving to ensure project and team progress.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of documents for AIA contracts, client meetings, and project communications.
  • Provide support to Project Managers with miscellaneous tasks related to project and team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Architecture/Engineering or Construction sector providing project support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and project information management systems.
  • Typing speed of 60 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Deltek VantagePoint and AIA Contract Documents software.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in an administrative support role for commercial projects.
