We are seeking a Construction Project Specialist to enhance our expanding Energy division.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:

  • Support project management by overseeing fiscal performance and complex project components.
  • Assist in developing the Scope of Work for subcontractors.
  • Coordinate field activities for both self-performed and subcontracted work.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients to facilitate daily project operations.
  • Manage the development, processing, and tracking of equipment, material, and informational submittals.
  • Create and distribute Operations and Maintenance Manuals for clients.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of contracts, drawings, and specifications for assigned projects.
  • Assist in managing client and subcontractor change orders.
  • Maintain and update all project documentation.

A solid understanding of construction concepts is essential, along with the ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, proposals, and estimates.

Qualifications:

A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field is required, or equivalent work experience.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project is necessary; familiarity with SharePoint and Procore is preferred. Experience in customer service or office administration is also advantageous.

Compensation for this role is set at $84 per hour, classified as non-exempt and paid hourly. A bonus may be included as part of the compensation package, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the position.
