Position Overview

The Document Controls Specialist will be essential in facilitating the construction of a Water Treatment Plant. This role requires on-site presence and does not accommodate remote work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, logging, tracking, and distributing project documents to maintain accurate records.
  • Creating and updating status reports to inform management about project developments.
  • Assisting in the formulation and adherence to project document control protocols.
  • Identifying challenges and collaborating with project leaders to find solutions.
  • Working closely with the project team to address documentation challenges and enhance project results.
  • Overseeing project communications and document dissemination through various platforms.
  • Supporting the Project Manager with data gathering, coordination, and client presentations.
  • Upholding personal and team safety by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Carrying out various administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in document management or a similar field.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Adobe software, and document control applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000, based on experience. All candidates will undergo pre-employment screening, including drug and background checks, in accordance with company policy.
