Position Overview:

Emerson is in search of a seasoned and proficient EBS Solutions Architect to become a vital part of our innovative IT division. The selected candidate will be tasked with formulating extensive architectural strategies, reference models, and implementation roadmaps for Oracle E-Business Suite (SaaS and PaaS) solutions. This position plays a crucial role in steering the design and execution of Oracle EBS solutions to fulfill the strategic and operational demands of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and uphold the overarching architectural framework (Current State & Future State) for Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Direct the architecture governance framework and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Perform architectural evaluations to guarantee the quality, performance, security, and dependability of the solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of EBS solutions with business goals and IT strategy.
  • Design integration interfaces with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Supervise the configuration, customization, and enhancement of EBS applications.
  • Guarantee the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of EBS solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team and other stakeholders.
  • Convert business needs into technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and standard practices in EBS and related technologies.
  • Guide and educate other team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with partners to manage expectations and resolve issues.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is adept at establishing processes essential for task completion. They navigate the complexities of change with ease and actively seek insights from relevant sources to make informed decisions. They possess a keen understanding of the requirements, expectations, and needs of both internal and external collaborators.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5+ years in Oracle ERP architecture.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and associated technologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle ERP modules in both cloud and on-premises environments (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution abilities.
  • Skills in building consensus.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
