Position Overview

The Executive Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions within EBS Recruiters LLC. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Oversee and prioritize executive calendars, ensuring efficient tracking of multiple projects.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including video conferences, while managing travel arrangements.
  • Presentation Preparation: Develop and enhance presentations as required for executive meetings.
  • Confidential Information Handling: Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Communication Management: Draft and prepare agendas and other communications for executive leadership.
  • Human Resources Assistance: Support HR documentation processes, assist in talent acquisition, and aid in onboarding new employees.
  • Professional Support: Provide discreet support and manage sensitive communications effectively.
  • Project Support: Contribute to both ongoing and upcoming project initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • At least two years of experience in an administrative support capacity is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of human resources practices and procedures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach are essential.
  • Outstanding time management skills are required.
