This position will lead the design and execution of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions tailored to fulfill the strategic and operational requirements of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and uphold the comprehensive architectural framework (Current State & Future State) of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Steer the architecture governance process, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
- Perform architecture evaluations to guarantee the quality, performance, security, and dependability of the solutions.
- Align EBS solutions with business goals and IT strategy.
- Design integration points with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Supervise the configuration, customization, and enhancement of EBS applications.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of EBS solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team and other stakeholders.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and standard practices in EBS and related technologies.
- Mentor and train team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather and analyze requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with partners to manage expectations and resolve issues.
The ideal candidate is adept at creating processes essential for task completion. They navigate the complexities of change with ease and actively seek input from relevant sources to make informed decisions. They possess a keen understanding of the requirements, expectations, and needs of both internal and external collaborators.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5+ years in Oracle ERP architecture.
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and associated technologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle ERP modules in both cloud and on-premises environments (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, etc.).
- Strong grasp of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient conflict management and consensus-building abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams effectively.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
