Personal Training Manager Job Duties
- Responsible for managing and maintaining personal training staff at assigned locations
- Interview, onboard, and develop personal trainers and fitness consultants
- Drive sales and sessions and client retention
- Hold performance meetings and workshops with staff
Qualifications for Our Personal Training Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in management
- Personal training certification preferred, but not required
The ideal candidate should be willing to work beyond their knowledge base and be energized by new challenges, maintain a positive work environment, engage the personal training staff and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and client retention
- Lead and motivate personal training staff to achieve exceptional results
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
