Custodial District Manager

ABM is seeking a highly skilled Custodial District Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our janitorial services, ensuring that facilities are maintained at a high standard. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices for janitorial services, work order processing, and facilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best practices for janitorial services, work order processing, and facilities maintenance.
  • Oversee day-to-day janitorial operations, ensuring facilities are maintained at a high standard.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ranging from property management to senior executives.
  • Play a key role in budget preparation for janitorial services and facility management.
  • Manage financial tracking related to janitorial supplies, maintenance, and vendor services.
  • Provide oversight on work orders, facility maintenance tasks, and ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and submit detailed financial and operational reports.
  • Supervise janitorial and maintenance teams, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to service standards.
  • Coordinate relationships with external vendors, ensuring service contracts align with budgetary requirements and quality standards are met.
  • Assist in developing new business opportunities related to janitorial services, work order management, and facility maintenance.
  • Report daily to the ABM Branch Manager and senior leadership on project progress, financial performance, vendor management, and operational enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in janitorial services, work order management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly for financial and budget management.

Pay: $70,000 to $85,000 (DOE)

Shift: Monday - Friday; 12pm - 8:30pm (flexibility required)
