Project Controls Manager

Brice Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project control systems and processes to track costs and percent completion.
  • Oversee financial and budgetary activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Collaborate with construction management and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost projections to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project cost accounting, project engineering, or a related field in the construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of project scheduling software, cost control systems, and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
