Nurse Manager

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to oversee the operations of our 27-bed Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of ER/Trauma nursing experience and a strong background in leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient patient care management, completing daily rounding on patients and staff, and promoting patient and employee satisfaction.
As a Nurse Manager, you will serve as a real-time resource and assist with clinical expertise for unit staff and physicians. You will also be responsible for managing the unit to ensure safety and retention.
Requirements include a Bachelors of Nursing degree, BLS certification, and the ability to obtain a Registered Nurse license in Alaska.
