We are looking for a Business Development Counselor to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. As a Business Development Counselor, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to promote Grand Canyon University's online academic programs and drive student success. You will work closely with partners, influencers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and build relationships that drive enrollment and revenue growth.

About the Role:

This is a remote position that requires extensive travel within your territory. You will be responsible for developing and executing event/activity plans, building awareness of our online academic programs, and driving inquiry generation. You will also shape high-impact partnerships and execute daily work through informational presentations, calls, and emails. You will champion the GCE mission, promoting Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree, outstanding time management skills, clear communication skills, self-motivation, and high emotional intelligence. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule. Bonus points if you have relevant industry-related professional experience or experience working with CRM tools.
