We are seeking a Creative E-Learning Experience Designer to join our team in the education industry. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing instructional materials for various online courses using Canvas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality learning content tailored to adult learners in higher education
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate generative AI tools and strategies into the instructional design process
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to improve instructional effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Strong technical expertise in a wide range of learning technologies, including Canvas LMS, H5P, CidiLabs, etc
  • Experience in the production of multimedia content and especially the use of AI to produce a range of multimedia content would be beneficial
  • Native-level fluency in other languages, such as Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, Spanish or Japanese would be beneficial, with Mandarin being the highest priority
  • Experience in higher education or professional learning is preferred
