About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our Americas Customer, Industry, and Partner Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.

As a Campaign Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing strategies. You will be responsible for creating and executing campaign content, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Design and Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with the Americas sales GTM strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate and maintain relationships with sales and marketing leaders and peers.
  • Target Audience Expertise: Define target audience parameters by campaign, maintain target account lists specific to segment, and provide targeting guidance for email and paid media execution.
  • Event Demand Generation and Follow-up: Work closely with Event Managers to influence event registration and attendance goals, event demand generation strategy, and determine post-event lead follow-up and nurture.
  • Content Curation: Identify assets and platform creative for campaign promotion, evaluate what's working, and recommend improvements.
  • Promotional Content Development: Execute promotional content development, including post copy and corresponding visuals.
  • Supports Lead Nurture and Lead Flow: Contribute to sales visibility into upcoming lead queues and provide enablement materials for post-event and campaign follow-up by sellers.
  • Reporting and Optimization: Deliver data and insights to improve campaign performance and keep sales and marketing stakeholders informed.
  • Budget Management: Oversee campaign marketing budget, ensuring funds are utilized as planned and in compliance with all internal finance policies.
About the Team

AWS North America Marketing identifies, educates, and engages customers, directly and through partners, to accelerate adoption of AWS and deliver measurable impact to the growth of AWS and our customers.

We are responsible for all field and partner marketing in the United States and Canada. Working closely with the Americas Sales Team, we accelerate adoption of AWS and deliver measurable impact to the growth of AWS and our customers.
