About Us:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a Client Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for managing incoming requests for medical supplies, ensuring accurate data management, and delivering outstanding client support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to all clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage phone communications, including typing, filing, and correspondence.
  • Execute data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle incoming inquiries regarding Durable Medical Equipment in a professional setting.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems (preferably NextGen and/or OnBase).
  • Basic understanding of medical insurance policies and terminology.
Compensation Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
