Position Overview:

The Client Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by serving as a key point of contact for clients. This position is essential in ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary advocate for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  2. Initiate contact with new clients to confirm their bookings, providing them with essential information and welcoming them to our services.
  3. At the conclusion of service, reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage them to share their positive experiences.
  4. Handle incoming inquiries from drivers and management regarding client-related matters, including booking confirmations and schedule adjustments.
  5. Inform clients of any service delays and provide updated estimated times of arrival.
  6. Assist in resolving incidents by communicating with clients to clarify issues related to pricing, documentation, and service quality.
  7. Support the resolution of financial discrepancies related to client accounts.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations and assist clients with any related inquiries.
  9. Keep accurate records of client interactions, including incident reports and communication logs.
  10. Recognize and nominate outstanding team performance based on client feedback.
  11. Perform additional duties as required to support the team.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, both inbound and outbound.
  • Basic mathematical skills necessary for the role.
  • A combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
