Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled VP, Benefits and Compensation to lead the development and implementation of our organization's benefits programs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of state and federal laws affecting benefits, as well as experience managing large company employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the corporate benefits strategy
  • Recommend new and/or improved employee benefit plans and cost-saving measures
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements of various employee benefit programs
  • Assist with the comprehensive employee benefits communication strategy
  • Work with senior leadership to evaluate the success of existing benefits programs
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of state and federal laws affecting benefits
  • Strong understanding of varied approaches to funding benefit programs
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to influence senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree
  • CEBS Certification
