About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Clerk to join our team at Madison Square Senior Living. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, communicating effectively with various agencies, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Agency Communications: Communicate with external agencies regarding resident documentation, licensing requirements, and other regulatory matters.
  2. Appointments and Scheduling: Schedule appointments for residents, ensuring all necessary paperwork and information is prepared in advance.
  3. Licensing and Compliance: Track and follow up on licensing documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines.
  4. Document Preparation: Organize, prepare, and maintain files for resident documentation and licensing records.
  5. Review and Approval: Ensure all documents are reviewed and approved by administrators before submission.
  6. Support to Administrators: Assist administrators in any other clerical tasks related to documentation, compliance, and agency communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or clerical experience is essential.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
