Job Description:Role Summary:

The Business Operations Coordinator will provide critical administrative and clerical support to the SPACE Unit staff members, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. This role requires discretion, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and events, including video conference calls, workshops, and trainings;
  • Support Board of Directors' Community Engagement Committee, attend meetings, and take minutes;
  • Initiate communications, draft correspondences, and help proofread presentations;
  • Perform office logistical duties, including inventory management, vendor setup, and expense tracking;
  • Coordinate accommodation requests for employees and clients with disabilities;
  • Prepare publications, send correspondence, and manage documents via email or DocuSign.
Requirements:Education and Experience:

Candidate must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  • High school diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years related experience and/or training;
  • One year of progressively responsible administrative or secretarial experience;
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Intrinsic organization and time management skills;
  • Tech-savvy individual familiar with ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, Skype, and social media.
Salary:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (Band 3), based on experience and internal equity analysis.
