Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. You will coordinate and oversee the daily operations of Susan's House & Cleaning Office Service.

  • Develop and improve operational practices to meet project deadlines.
  • Allocate resources and materials effectively.
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis.
  • Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams.

Responsibilities also include formalizing policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in operations or related fields, strong project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities.

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

We are looking for a professional who loves working in a dynamic environment. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required.
