Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales process from initial lead to final closure.
- Qualify, develop, and manage a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging online platforms, including LinkedIn.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Effectively communicate and demonstrate our value proposition, generating excitement among potential clients.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Maintain a weekly sales forecast and meet quarterly quotas.
- Exhibit leadership by mentoring junior sales team members and contributing to overall company success.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant closing experience, alongside outbound SDR/BDR experience.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC or a similar framework.
- Proficient in command of the message or comparable methodologies.
- Prior experience in SaaS and enterprise software, with a proven track record of closing deals ranging from $250K to $1M.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets (e.g., President's Club, Rep of the Year).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- A strong team player who is also a self-starter, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
