Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement
    • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Use advanced product knowledge to make recommendations and suggest solutions to customers.
    • Engage with customers through various store activities, such as education classes and events.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and suggestive selling techniques.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
    • Contribute to the overall sales and environment of the store through positive interactions with customers and other team members.
  • Store Operations
    • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism and precision.
    • Stock shelves accurately according to planogram, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
    • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store, including cleaning and recovering shelves, putting away returns, and cleaning up spills and messes.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Assist other team members with tasks and projects, ensuring that the team exceeds expectations set by store management.
    • Work collaboratively with store management and other team members on projects and initiatives.
    • Assist with training new team members on various aspects of the job, including running the register, cutting fabric, stocking shelves, and customer service.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • No minimum education requirement, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
    • Experience
      • No experience required, but 1-3 years of experience in a customer-centric environment is preferred.
    • Availability
      • Part-time status requires availability that meets the needs of the store, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
