Position Overview:
The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking an experienced Electronics Warfare Intelligence Analyst to support mission planning and operational assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
The Analyst will perform comprehensive evaluations of radar and weapon systems to enhance national electronic warfare (EW) strategies and maintain mission planning databases. This role includes the management of mission planning software that underpins the Combat Support Database (CSDB).

The Analyst will:

  • Independently develop and ensure quality control of data standards and schemas for the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS).
  • Provide expert advice on optimal methods for data collection and processing.
  • Create automated toolsets to streamline analytical processes.
  • Coordinate requirements for tools that improve intelligence data analysis using single or multiple intelligence sources.
  • Ensure that CSDB studies are accurately formatted for JMPS deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Interface Community Working Group (ICWG) to communicate and prioritize end-user requirements for threat data.
  • Deliver products and analyses that comply with established community guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain consistency in processes, standards, and procedures across ACC ISR units.
  • Manage Intel Security Markings in collaboration with relevant agencies.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for educational requirements. A current DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance is mandatory, along with prior Air Force ISR and Mission Planning experience.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with Standoff Munitions, Air to Ground Munitions, Decoys, Jamming Effectiveness, Common Low Observable Auto-router (CLOAR), Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR), and familiarity with Combat Air Forces (CAF) mission planning environments is highly desirable. Experience with the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Modernized Intelligence Database (MIDB), CORNERSTONE, and Mission Planning Order of Battle (MPOB) is also preferred.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $87,000 to $157,450. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee specific compensation. Factors influencing the final offer may include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and market alignment.
