Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD), United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), and private-sector acquisition principles to offer guidance and expertise to program personnel involved in sensitive intelligence programs.
- Deliver technical and analytical support for Acquisition Intelligence as specified in annual taskings from direct and external Program Executive Office (PEO) customers.
- Contribute to the development of intelligence-sensitive programs within AFLCMC, addressing specific intelligence requirements while evaluating the impact of advanced threats and security issues to mitigate program and operational risks.
- Adapt to changes in Defense acquisition, focusing on a more agile Defense Acquisition System (DAS) capable of responding to evolving threats and technological advancements.
- Assist Program Managers in examining systems engineering and architecture capabilities to identify areas most vulnerable to emerging threats.
- Ensure that dependencies and implications related to design, performance, and test and evaluation (T&E) are integrated into the Acquisition Strategy.
- Confirm that Threat Intelligence Requirements encompass various reports and plans, including the VOLT Report, Threat Technical Risk Assessments (TTRAs), and Program Protection Plans (PPP).
- Identify AFLCMC PEO programs with Intelligence/ISR sensitivity.
- Support the review, customization, and analysis of Threat Assessments and System Threat Analysis Reports (STAR).
- Assist in the evaluation of Validated On-Line Life-Cycle Threats (VOLTS) and ISR dependencies.
- Provide technical support for Adversary Cyber Threat Assessments (ACTA) and Intelligence supportability analyses.
- Review and tailor Information Support Plans (ISPs) and Intelligence Mission Data (IMD/LMDPs).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the outlined activities and tasks.
