About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Access Services. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Conduct thorough research on clients' businesses, identifying opportunities for growth and development
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business results, including marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and other business development activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of client plans
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of client plans and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
