The hourly compensation for this role is $54.33. Compensation is determined by various factors, including labor market conditions, education, work experience, and certifications. Role Summary:
As a key member of the Engineering & Facilities team, the Maintenance Technician 3 plays a vital role in ensuring optimal equipment performance and availability. This position requires expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting of equipment failures, and effective collaboration with fellow technicians to resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including conveyors, robotics, and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).
- Conduct adjustments and repairs on various components, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Install and maintain control systems, including relay logic and PLC components.
- Engage in higher-level troubleshooting of robotic systems and power distribution networks.
- Utilize handheld devices and asset management systems to document maintenance activities accurately.
- Foster positive relationships across all organizational levels to enhance teamwork and collaboration.
- Adhere to safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Possession or ability to obtain a valid driver's license.
- Proficient in using mobile applications and PC software.
- Familiarity with electrical diagrams and maintenance procedures.
- Experience in industrial electrical systems, controls, and maintenance of automated equipment.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree or certifications in Mechanical or Electrical fields and over four years of relevant experience.
