Job Summary

The Referral Physician Liaison is a key business development resource for our physicians, serving as a liaison and education resource for referring physicians of patients with fertility challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with physicians and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routinely visits and provides updates to clinics about referred patients, and educational opportunities for OB/GYN physicians and other referring physicians and their staff.
  • Coordinates activities with referring physicians to increase new patient volume.
  • Coordinates physician referral-related print activities, including quarterly physician newsletters, information notebooks, and research study flyers.
  • Tracks physician referrals and provides regular feedback to physicians regarding their individual patient referrals.
  • Coordinates all physician education marketing activities, including physician breakfast, luncheon, and dinner seminars, and physician education programs.
  • Develops and distributes weekly/monthly reports on various activities/visits completed.

Requirements:

  • Must be organized and possess knowledge and skills required for position.
  • Must demonstrate problem-solving skills related to position.
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail-oriented.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills along with good communication skills.
  • Must possess a high level of independent judgment and accuracy.

Work Environment:

This position will require sitting, standing, driving, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
