Job Summary

Clinical Liaisons play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient transitions between hospitals and rehabilitation facilities. As a Clinical Liaison, you will work closely with hospital case managers and physicians to identify patients in need of specialized care and facilitate their transfer to our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Educate referral sources on our services and programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow market share in core business lines
  • Work with the VP/Director of Business Development to identify opportunities for expansion of strategic business initiatives
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
  • Demonstrated familiarity with hospital admissions procedures
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing with at least one year of experience in a related position
