- Customer Experience: Ensure timely preparation and serving of dishes, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively with both staff and customers in English and Spanish to facilitate smooth operations and excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef.
- Hands-on experience with production planning and ingredient procurement.
- Familiarity with a diverse range of Mexican recipes and culinary techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based POS systems and office software such as MS Office or Google Suite.
- Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Culinary school certification or degree in Restaurant Management is advantageous.
Requirements:
- Availability for 55 – 60 hours per week.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends.
- ServSafe Certification.
- CPR and Choke Saver Certification.
