  • Customer Experience: Ensure timely preparation and serving of dishes, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively with both staff and customers in English and Spanish to facilitate smooth operations and excellent service.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef.
  • Hands-on experience with production planning and ingredient procurement.
  • Familiarity with a diverse range of Mexican recipes and culinary techniques.
  • Experience with cloud-based POS systems and office software such as MS Office or Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Culinary school certification or degree in Restaurant Management is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Availability for 55 – 60 hours per week.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends.
  • ServSafe Certification.
  • CPR and Choke Saver Certification.
