Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor for a nursing job in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

As a Clinical Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the 360 clinical, logistic, and administrative oversight of Home Hospital operations. This role has daily oversight of Charge Nurse Team and is responsible for throughput, capacity management, and resource allocation to serve our HH patient population.

This is a unique role that partners with paramedic logistic teams and dispatchers to meet the demands across our geographic service areas. You will translate the objectives, policies, and procedures of the Hospital into effective action.

The Clinical Operations Supervisor has the authority to make decisions regarding patient care within the framework of established policies. This role will have operational oversight over our full geographic region, encompassing 5 hospital systems.

About Home Hospital

Home Hospital is an innovative, multifaceted role that serves as the command operational supervisor. This role focuses on the following areas, allowing for full visibility into our growing and robust operations.

  • Triage Role: Acts as the central contact person in coordinating high-level patient placement and patient access for the HH system.
  • Operational Safety Events: Responds to operational safety events.
  • Deploys Clinical Resources: Deploys clinical resources, coordinating staffing resources to respond to demand across the system.
  • Patient Care Management: Serves as a clinical resource in the management of patient care.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and current MA RN license, with 5+ years of nursing experience and progressive supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated clinical competence in the area of nursing practice and demonstrated leadership ability.
