Purpose and Scope

The Regional Sales Manager (Contract Management & GPO) will drive business growth within the contract managed and group purchasing organization channels, aligning with Pilgrim's established goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve volume and financial objectives within specified targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of CMC/GPO to create integrated customer business plans, improving growth opportunities and mitigating risk.
  • Represent Pilgrim's as the Subject Matter Expert within the channel, developing relationships with key/strategic CMC/GPO accounts and managing brokers.
  • Execute cross-functionally to deliver results, leveraging CRM, trade analytics, and broker resources to understand market performance and performance drivers.
  • Forecast demand, ensuring alignment with supply chain and demand planning to meet objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 5 years of sales experience in CPG Foodservice required.
  • Non-Commercial CMC/GPO experience required; prior poultry experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining business relationships with key CMC/GPO accounts.
  • Extensive travel required (50%+).
