Job Summary

This role oversees a team of Contract Processors, Latitudes Consultants, and Sales Support Associates, ensuring seamless guest and owner experiences. The Manager acts as a liaison between ancillary sales support teams, resolving challenges and providing daily anti-rescission efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Quality Assurance performances weekly to identify opportunities to reduce sale rescissions.
  • Collaborate with sales management and sales support team members to resolve customer service issues.
  • Oversee the implementation of training materials and techniques, responsible for training new QAOs and improving existing personnel.
  • Assist the Sales Training department in evaluating and coaching Sales Consultants for continuous improvement.
  • Support with overflow in Sales Support, Sales Contract, and Quality Assurance.

Requirements:

  • Previous Management Experience
  • Sales Experience
  • Timeshare Sales or Admin Experience
  • Nevada Notary Public
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
