Bartender Opportunity at Saltgrass

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Saltgrass. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences with positive, courteous, and professional service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding guest service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our beverage menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience and meet sales goals.
  • Take food orders for sit-down and to-go orders, ensuring seamless service.
  • Manage the bar area, maintaining par levels of stock and supplies, and ensuring a well-run shift.
  • Accurately count and manage cash and comps, adhering to our cash handling policies.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of bartending experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • 1 year of food serving experience preferred, with a focus on providing outstanding service.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
  • Team player with a guest-first attitude, committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Minimum age of 21 years old, with a valid ID.
