Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at WellStreet Urgent Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and administering competitive and cost-efficient compensation and benefits programs that support employee retention and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that aligns with our company's strategy and business goals.
  • Participate in salary surveys and analyze results to ensure WellStreet is market competitive.
  • Conduct job analysis, including creating or revising job descriptions and assessing job market value, in partnership with HRBPs.
  • Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
  • Support the Finance team with budgets and financial analysis of all compensation, equity, and benefits plans.
  • Maintain employee benefits records, maintain group benefits database, and update employee HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and other laws and regulations.
  • Conduct ongoing research and report on emerging trends, issues, and best practices.
  • Assist employees and support the administration, education, and communication of all total rewards policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CEBS, CCP, or SHRM certification preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with benefit plan design, including 401K, healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD.
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits databases.
  • Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing, and compliance requirements affecting employee benefits programs.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent quantitative skills.
  • Strategic thought leadership.
