Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of Roofing Sales Representative within the Construction sector. This position is perfect for someone with a robust sales background, a commitment to customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of roofing and construction practices. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively to existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for clients to meet their requirements.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to potential clients through proactive outreach.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance sales efforts.
  • Continuously seek improvement through constructive feedback.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial lead to job completion.
  • Oversee accounts receivable for completed jobs.
  • Assist in managing the production of each sold job.
Qualifications:
  • Proven success in a Sales or Account Management role.
  • Strong prospecting skills and a hunter mentality for developing new clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Excellent solution-oriented selling abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering tailored presentations.
  • Strong relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A degree in business or a related field is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in roofing or roofing sales is beneficial.
