Lead Generation:
- Conduct surveys in residential areas to identify and approach potential clients.
- Utilize provided marketing materials and product insights to effectively promote our roofing services.
- Assist in generating qualified leads and arranging appointments for the sales team.
Client Engagement:
- Engage with homeowners and businesses to assess their roofing requirements and provide detailed information about our offerings.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
- Establish rapport and foster positive relationships with prospective clients.
Product Expertise:
- Stay updated on our roofing products, materials, and market trends.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our roofing solutions to potential customers.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless transition of leads.
- Provide field insights to enhance our sales strategies.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads generated, and scheduled appointments.
- Prepare regular reports on your prospecting activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication abilities and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with the capacity to work independently.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage ranging from $18 to $25, plus bonuses.
