Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Roofing Sales Representative within the construction sector. This position is perfect for someone with a robust sales background, a commitment to customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of roofing and construction. The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This role presents an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively present and promote products/services to existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for current and prospective customers.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients.
  • Engage with customer leads through proactive outreach.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction.
  • Meet established sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Continuously seek improvement through constructive feedback.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial lead to job completion.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable for completed sales.
  • Assist in managing production for sold projects.


Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in a Sales or Account Management role.
  • A proactive approach to prospecting and acquiring new clients.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Highly motivated and driven by targets.
  • Exceptional solution-selling abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering tailored presentations.
  • Strong relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.
  • A degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in roofing or roofing sales is beneficial.
