Position Overview:
Infosys Technologies is seeking a Technical Test Lead specializing in Automation Testing. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key resource and primary contact for developing test cases, test plans, monitoring, analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Your responsibilities will include conducting essential tests, generating reports, and orchestrating the design and execution of tests to ensure optimal results. Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Test Lead, you will:

  • Develop comprehensive test cases and plans, ensuring thorough execution and reporting of defects.
  • Utilize your expertise in Selenium Automation with Java to enhance testing processes.
  • Engage in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive performance testing and engineering initiatives.
  • Oversee the preparation of presentation materials and guidance documents regarding the automation framework.
  • Manage the preparation of Requirement Traceability Matrices for test cases.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) regression testing.
  • Lead defect tracking and analysis efforts, ensuring timely resolution.

Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in software testing, including performance testing and engineering.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, executing test scripts, and preparing test result reports.
  • Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will also have:

  • Familiarity with Keyword-driven and Data-driven/BDD frameworks in Selenium WebDriver.
  • Knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and the complete Defect Life Cycle.
  • Experience in various testing methodologies, including Manual, Integration, Regression, Functional, and System Testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
