Job Overview:
The Technical Solutions Delivery team is dedicated to the comprehensive provision of infrastructure solutions tailored to our clientele.

In collaboration with the CIO teams, the Technical Project Lead/Solution Architect will implement an infrastructure solution that is robust, resilient, and operationally sustainable, aligning with business needs.

The execution of the infrastructure solution necessitates a diverse skill set, including infrastructure architecture, hands-on setup and configuration, and application installation, along with project technical leadership to ensure timely and within-scope project delivery.

A high level of cooperation with developers, third-party vendors, database engineers, and other infrastructure teams is essential to maintain agility within a structured delivery framework.

The ideal candidate will adopt a consultative approach, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and effectively collaborate across various technical and non-technical groups within a diverse and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional project teams to design and implement highly available multi-tier Windows or Cloud applications.
- Collaborate across business and technical domains to create Infrastructure/System Engineering Designs for internally hosted solutions.
- Develop solutions by scripting automation processes for deploying systems, applications, containers, and related technologies.
- Serve as the primary infrastructure liaison for business units and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership for project assignments.
- Document the technical design for Project and Operations teams as part of project deliverables.
- Develop scripts/automation for repeatable processes.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience utilizing a consultative approach while engaging with clients and relevant stakeholders to analyze, validate, specify, verify, document, and manage requirements.

- Current experience in enterprise-class infrastructure and system engineering with Windows/SQL and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in automation or script development, preferably in Powershell.
- Familiarity with automated systems builds and configuration management tools such as VRO, Terraform, SCCM, SCO, etc.
- Understanding of networking protocols and components.
- Experience in designing and implementing High Availability, Active/Active, and Disaster Recovery solutions.

- Experience working within a matrix team comprising various infrastructure engineers, development teams, and client relationship teams.

- Ability to quickly assimilate new technologies.

- Capability to produce high-quality operational documentation, including Visio diagrams, high-level environment descriptions, and detailed instructions for replicating infrastructure build-out and configuration.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code deployments, CI/CD, etc.
