Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on Software Testing, including Performance Testing and Engineering, Monitoring, Analysis, and exceptional reporting and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and must be located within a reasonable commuting distance or be willing to relocate.
  • Proficiency in drafting Test Cases, Test Plans, executing Test Scripts, documenting defects, and preparing Test Result reports.
  • Strong expertise in Selenium Automation, specifically with Selenium WebDriver and Java.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Keyword-driven and Data-driven/BDD frameworks in Selenium WebDriver.
  • Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and the complete Defect Life Cycle.
  • Experience in Manual, Integration, Regression, Functional, and System Testing using automation tools for web-based applications.
  • Knowledge of the Telecom Domain and e-commerce.
  • Proficient in creating Test Cases using various design techniques.
  • Experience in preparing presentation documents and guidance materials related to the automation framework.
  • Ability to prepare Requirement Traceability Matrices for test cases.
  • Capability to perform SIT/E2E progression/regression testing.
  • Skill in identifying and classifying bugs based on severity and priority.
  • Proficiency in Jira/Qtest tools, as well as knowledge of Selenium/Java/Cucumber and TestNG/Robot Framework.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, including test planning, development, execution, and defect management.
  • Contribution to Agile ceremonies, identifying gaps, defining, and streamlining processes, and translating business requirements into test strategies and test cases.
  • Excellent client liaison skills for leading and managing the Performance Testing and Engineering track.
  • Coordination with multi-vendor teams for performance defect tracking, analysis, and resolution.
  • Strong communication and client interfacing skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams across onshore and offshore locations.
