Position Overview:
As a Lead Technical Product Strategist for ERP Solutions, you will spearhead an organization focused on developing the platforms and systems that empower product teams to enhance their scalability and achieve excellence in processes, technology, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
Your success will hinge on collaborating with essential stakeholders to ensure our systems and methodologies align with Regeneron's overarching Business and IT Strategy.

In this capacity, you will facilitate business and technological advancements for the functions supported by the ERP team. The primary business domains you will represent encompass the complete suite of Finance Services, including Financials, Tax, Treasury, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Order to Cash.

Daily Activities:
• Act as the IT lead for ERP systems, fostering collaboration and developing strong relationships with business leaders to comprehend their needs in support of the digital strategy and corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with the PMO and Product Managers to manage demand and oversee the execution of a project portfolio through effective prioritization, planning, vendor management, and oversight.
• Prepare business requirements, integrated application strategies, solution design documents, and testing plans.
• Prioritize projects and system enhancements with business stakeholders, clearly articulating business impacts and delivering timely, budget-compliant solutions.

Best Practices:
• Ensure and uphold best practices in Application, Integration, and Data architectures for your designated areas and the overall ERP ecosystem.
• Collaborate, plan, and supervise work performed by other internal technology teams (e.g., information security, network engineering, data engineering) as necessary for product development and enhancements.

Process Improvement:
• Implement integrated and automated processes that enhance efficiency; establish and maintain knowledge continuity through appropriate documentation, cross-training, and vendor management for System Configurations and functional specifications.

Governance:
• Establish governance and stringent change control processes, ensuring rigorous adherence across the organization regarding Oracle System Configuration changes, setups, extensions, customizations, and integrations to maintain ITGC SOX Controls.

Security Management:
• Ensure that all software, platforms, and SaaS, including third-party applications, are current and patched to mitigate risks associated with unsupported software.
• Maintain strict Identity and Access Controls across critical corporate systems to align with Regeneron's security protocols and reduce security risks by eliminating excessive access rights.

Qualifications:
This role may be suitable for you if you possess:
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills at both strategic and comprehensive solution levels.
• An ability to think and plan over a 12–36-month horizon.
• Experience mentoring internal teams and third-party service providers to develop and implement policies and procedures related to application and integration design standards.

Experience:
• Proven track record in Global Rollouts, M&A, ERP Integration, and consolidation, influencing complex areas such as process design and scaling programs through various company life stages.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to engage hands-on to ensure team success.

Educational Background:
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or a similar certification.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in IT applications, with at least 5 years in implementing, supporting, and managing On-prem/Cloud ERP and integrated enterprise systems.

Technical Expertise:
• A solid foundation in Oracle EBS Financials, Oracle Payroll, OTL, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash for both Oracle EBS 12x and Oracle Fusion.
• Proven experience in business processes and solution design, Oracle ERP Database, technical architecture, integrations, data conversions, web technologies, and SDLC.

Regulatory Knowledge:
• A solid understanding of GDPR and other international data privacy standards and regulations.
• Experience supporting OIC, Boomi, ODI/SOA, or other integration platforms to collaborate with the integration engineering team between Oracle Applications and other systems.

Methodology Experience:
• Involvement in systems testing and deployment processes using agile or waterfall software delivery methodologies.

Work Environment:
This position requires onsite presence three days a week.
