About the Position

As a Multi-Family Housing Inspector with Elevate Property Management, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our multi-family housing units. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting move-out and pre-move-out inspections to assess the condition of the property, identify maintenance needs, and document any damages. You will collaborate closely with the property management team to maintain high standards of living for our residents.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct move-out and pre-move-out inspections to assess property condition and identify maintenance needs.
  • Schedule appropriate repairs and maintain accurate records of inspection reports, photographs, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local housing codes, safety regulations, and company policies during inspections.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Prior experience in property management, housing inspections, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
  • Maintain an active driver's license and have reliable transportation.
