Community Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Property Manager to join our team at Wakonda Village. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance performance and asset preservation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct all business in accordance with ARTISAN policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.
- Assist in the formulation of budgets for each upcoming calendar year and ensure that all expenses are within established budget guidelines.
- Actively maintain and report monthly variances and narratives.
- Ensure that all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner.
- Perform evictions, utility disconnects, and landlord liens as required on delinquent rents.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding work scheduling, billings, and certificates of insurance.
- Conduct rental surveys and provide rental rate recommendations to the Regional or Area Manager.
- Ensure that lease files are complete and executed properly.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college-level education strongly preferred.
- Previous Property Manager experience highly preferred.
- 2+ years of on-site Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Manager experience or at least 3+ years of supervisory experience with customer service orientation.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Industry designations (ARM, CAM, NALP, RPM) strongly preferred.
