As we gear up to introduce our unparalleled culinary experience to this picturesque locale, we begin the search for exceptional individuals to fill key leadership positions.

We are looking for experienced, savvy, and creative individuals to join our team and help us create vibrant dining experiences for our guests.

We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive salary range of $60,000-$70,000, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and pet insurance, as well as retirement benefits and parental leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the kitchen\u0027s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Lead and inspire teams while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure high-quality dishes.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of progressive management experience in the California restaurant industry, with a preference for boutique or upscale dining establishments.
  • A Bachelor\u0027s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is required; fluency in Spanish is preferred.
