We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Coordinator with a focus on Construction and Fiber Optics. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fiber optic construction projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Coordinating and managing all stages of fiber optic construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Working closely with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and work plans.
4. Tracking project performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion of project goals and objectives.
5. Ensuring all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
6. Communicating project progress to all stakeholders, including project team members, senior management, and clients.
7. Identifying potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans, and managing project changes.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
9. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
10. Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Project Coordinator position should possess the following qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within the telecommunications or construction industry.
2. Proven experience with Outside Plant (OSP) and fiber optic technology.
3. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
4. Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Superior organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in project management software tools.
9. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
10. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
