Senior Project Manager

Parintec is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, organization, and execution of diverse projects across various phases, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vendors and consultants, as well as IT and business staff, in the execution of IT projects and related procurements.
- Develop and oversee the creation of proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses.
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments and removing roadblocks to their work.
- Facilitate multi-disciplinary teams in the development of plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for project completion.
- Oversee and manage the execution and coordination of day-to-day project activities as required.
- Manage working relationships with key stakeholders, including executive management, business management, vendors, project sponsors, suppliers, and technology management.
- Set project goals that align with technical objectives and the agency's overall technology strategy.
- Track and communicate project progress from a schedule, cost, and risk perspective to the project team, customers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technology leads and solution architects to incorporate agency best practices into project plans.
- Drive consistent project delivery through the entire project lifecycle, including procurement execution, project plan definition, resource allocation, risk management, scope and schedule management, value delivery, and well-ordered transitions to operations.
- Monitor progress by third-party vendors and define and measure their progress with metrics.
- Develop and maintain project budget, plans, task lists, schedules, risks, and status, including resource allocation and schedules.
- Adhere to project management practices and governance requirements.
- Exhibit significant emotional quotient (EQ) in handling project challenges and maintain a positive project culture in line with mission and shared values.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing large projects.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office.
- Active PMP Certification through PMI.
- Experience with Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and ECOS process is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Project Management Office methodologies and practices is strongly preferred.
