Mechanical Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
GPAC is seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager Assistant to join our team. As a Mechanical Project Manager Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of mechanical projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that project deadlines are met.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the project, such as safety hazards, cost overruns, and delays.
• Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ensure that all work performed meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical project management or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
