Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers, leveraging your expertise in luxury performance lifestyle brands.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the store's overall sales performance.
  • Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay up-to-date on brand initiatives and product offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Assist in driving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics, such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, and average unit retail.
  • Support the maintenance of the sales floor and stock room, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Accurately and efficiently utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Bonus points for previous experience working with luxury brands in high-volume locations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-orientated environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
