Position Summary: We are seeking skilled Luxury Retail Sales Associates to enhance our boutique operations. This role offers a competitive hourly wage along with performance-based bonuses. Our Retail Sales Associates are pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and managing a personal client portfolio. Additionally, this position involves overseeing stockroom organization and addressing various operational tasks related to merchandise management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales through effective client engagement and relationship building.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and care guidelines.
  • Stay informed about new arrivals, customer service protocols, and store policies.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Adhere to customer service standards, including greeting customers, managing returns, and preventing loss.
  • Provide gift wrapping and packaging services for customers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including phone inquiries and order processing.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays.
  • Support inventory replenishment and merchandise processing.
  • Ensure the sales floor is maintained to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage stockroom operations, ensuring merchandise is organized by style, size, and color.
  • Receive and process incoming merchandise deliveries, coordinating with management for display needs.
  • Prepare packages for shipment using established shipping systems.
  • Assist with order fulfillment and shipping preparations.
  • Ensure timely completion of inventory transfers, damages, and donations.
  • Comply with safety and loss prevention policies as per company standards.
  • Assist in maintaining store standards and supporting the management and sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or GED) required; a degree in Fashion or a related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in high-end retail or boutique sales is advantageous.
  • Proficient in inventory management and customer sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and shipping processes.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of inventory management and customer service excellence.
  • Reliable team player with a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
